The Embassy of USA has an opening for
American Reference Center
Assistant
Provides research/reference and outreach services in support of the Mission’s public affairs goals,
delivers information on current events and U.S. Government policy, and develops and maintains contacts
with audience members.
Conducts research using the American Reference Center's electronic and traditional resources
to respond to complex inquiries for information from the Embassy as well as Slovak audiences.
Requirements:
A university degree in information science, library science, political science, international affairs, or American studies.
Experience in using electronic resources, emerging technologies, and traditional research and library reference services. Excellent computer skills. Fluent in spoken and written English and Slovak language.
